Retaining bags of character with stripped wooden floors, squashy sofas and large comfortable beds, Railway Cottage is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The main house features a sunny sitting room with comfy sofas, big TV and open fire. The family room stretching across the rear of the cottage is open plan incorporating the kitchen (with an Aga), dining area and squishy sofas with a TV. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (super king and king beds) and a third light- filled room with two single beds.

It is in a quiet residential street a few minutes walk from the centre of Holt. It has a parking space with additional free on street parking available. The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast. Thursford, which hosts the Christmas Spectacular is 7 miles from Holt.

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Cart Lodge your home away from home

Cart Lodge is a beautiful barn conversion situated in North Norfolk. Conveniently close to the town of Holt and only 6 miles from the Coast. Cart Lodge comfortably sleeps 10 and has a very sociable living space great for a get together with friends and family. Book with us during the winter months, October 2025 to March 2026 and the hot tub is included. The Hot tub is bookable as an extra cost at all other times.
