The property is nestled in the middle of local vineyards and productive farm lands. It is also in close proximity to Conimbla National Parkes where you can enjoy the Australian bush at your leisure. We are an Eco Farm Stay and have a spacious self-contained studio room. Location is five minutes’ drive from Orange & 20 minutes’ walk of several wineries. We have beautiful views, garden view from your room & over the town and surrounding countryside. You will find it very peaceful and quiet with a homely feel. You can see the Murray Grey cows, calves or chickens, stroll through our cherry orchard or just do your own thing. We are very approachable but any contact will be your choice.

Belubula Cottage is perfect for couples. It is private and fully self contained. The cottage has covered verandahs front and back and a fully fenced yard with a gas BBQ. You can expect to wake up to birdsong and feel a million miles away, while actually only being 8km from the centre of Orange. Our little family lives in the main house, 80m from the studio, and can interact with you as you wish or you can completely check out when you (self) check in!

Studio Towac is the perfect choice whilst visiting for weddings or functions in and around Nashdale. We are located in the midst of The Mountain Trail wineries where you can take in some of the best wineries that Orange has on offer. The Lake Walk is a minutes drive from the studio. From there it is an easy 1k walk to Lake Canobolas or drive directly to the Lake if you prefer. All this and only 7 minutes drive into the CBD of Orange!
