This cute, brand-new studio is a few miles from WakeMed-Cary and has an abundance of trails where you can walk to a few lakes. Trader Joe's or Barnes and Noble is a 25-minute trail walk away. NCSU is only a 15 minute car-ride away. The area is located in the suburbs of Raleigh, NC. You will find that downtown Cary has a charming downtown Cary Park and social district where you can get a drink and watch the doggies play in the dog park. Access to the gym and pool is available upon request.

Private 'Barn'dominium with No Cleaning Fee!

Welcome! Nestled among mature maple trees, you will feel right at home in this very private Barndominium! Situated on a 3/4 acre lot in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the Barndominium is completely separate from the main house but close enough if you need anything. Also, I realize that paying those extra fees is annoying so I have waived the cleaning fee! Please note that the bathroom is on the ground floor while the bedroom is on the 2nd floor accessible by a set of stairs (no elevator).
