This dwelling abuts the Blair State Forest with a short walk to a hidden beach on the lovely Pemi River. Covered bridge & restaurant within walking distance. Much hiking, skiing & swimming to be had in these lustrous lands. Just chilling in is well welcomed too.. Drive 15mins to Waterville Valley, Lincoln/Woodstock, 30mins to Franconia, 22min to Loon Ski Resort!

Waterfront 3 bed 3 bath on Squam (Suite #1)

Make memories at this newly renovated, pet friendly, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom suite at The Boulders at Squam. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, private screened porches and private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed with a twin trundle bed. This suite was part of a motel and cabin community. In 2024 the motel rooms were gutted and 3 were combined to make a larger suite. This suite shares the 2.3 acre and 585 feet of water frontage with other cabins and suites.

The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and the Ice House Creamery is attached to the Airbnb where we make our own homemade ice cream.
