Having direct access to the river allows for an array of water activities. Miles of recreational trails for the outdoor enthusiast, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, and atving. A place to unwind in the woods relaxing in nature, but only a short distance from Fredericton & Woodstock NB, and Houlton ME.

This new apartment unit was just completed in 2024. Located only 5 minutes outside of Houlton in a quiet country setting. Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in! There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!
