Vanha maatila moderneilla mukavuuksilla

Tule viettämään aurinkoisia kevätpäiviä Sysmään! Omassa rauhassa sijaitseva vanha maatila, jossa modernit mukavuudet! Lähimpään naapuriin 600 m. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja nukkumapaikat 6+1:lle. Navettarakennuksessa moderni sauna kahdella suihkulla ja Aito -kiukaalla. Terassilla palju (ei käytössä maan tai järven ollessa jäässä). Sisällä erilliset vessa ja suihku. Keittiössä uuni, mikro, astianpesukone, liesi ja jääkaappipakastin. Kellarissa pesukone. Rantaan 600 m, jossa on uimapaikka ja soutuvene.

Tule meille maalle, pienelle kylälle vieraaksi. Tämä hyvin varusteltu mökki ja sauna on tehty irtiottoon kaupungin arjen kiireestä. Kesäisin ympärillä elää ihana kyläkulttuuri – ravintola Wonkamies ja satamakahvila ovat vieressä. Täysin remontoitu hirsimökki yhdistää perinteisen mökkitunnelman ja nykyaikaiset mukavuudet. Lisäpalveluna myös iso palju käyttöön. Lyhyen automatkan päässä Himos Ski resort, Isojärven kansallispuisto ja Serlachius-museot, vain 30–65 km. Himokselle vain 28 minuuttia.

Huom: Poreallas sisältyy hintaan! Huvila sijaitsee Patalahden rannalla Himoksella, Nuppulanrannan mökkialueella. Huvilalla on oma ranta. Keskeisen sijainnin ansioista pääset rauhalliselta Patalahdelta muutamassa minuutissa laskettelemaan talvisin kuin golfaamaan kesäisin, tai vaikka Himos Areenan tapahtumiin. Huvila on kaksi kerroksinen - alakerrassa 110m2 ja parvella 40m2. Himos Villa Nuppula sopii mainiosti perheille, kaveriporukoille, polttareihin tai vaikka viretapahtumien järjestämiseen

The lowest level has a bedroom, and sauna facilities. The backyard has a jacuzzi (separate reservation). The shore area includes a dock and a BBQ shelter.

Oma erillistalo omalla pihapiirillä, luonnon helmassa. Alakerrassa iso tupa ja pieni keittiö jossa leivinuuni. Juuri remontoitu sauna- kylpyhuone ja erillinen wc. Saunatilojen yhteydessä myös juuri remontoitu oleskeluhuone, jossa levitettävä vuodesohva. Oleskeluhuoneen yhteydessä kodinhoitohuone, jossa pyykinpesukone. Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.

Viihtyisä mökki järven rannalla sekä omalla porealtaalla. Pihassa myös oma grillikatos. Himoksen keskustan palvelut mm. Golf, kelkkavuokraus, rinteet, padel, keilaus sekä ravintolat muutaman kilometrin päässä ja Jämsän palvelut noin 8km päässä. Tervetuloa viihtymään perheen kesken tai isommalla kaveriporukalla :) Mökissä sängyt 6:lle sekä olohuoneessa levitettävä sohva sekä pari vuoderahia. Mökissä oma ranta jossa laituri. Iso piha myös pihapeleihin yms.

Unique vacation villa near Himos slopes with a view of the northern slope. 5 minutes by car to the slope. Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.
