Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. Come enjoy peaceful country living in the beautiful Central Valley. Our recently completed tiny home is located behind our main house, but is outside the main yard so you will have privacy. The cottage yard is not completely landscaped yet, but we’re working on it. The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s plentiful shopping and restaurants.

Quaint little two bedroom two bath guest house that was remodeled 6 years ago. We moved into guest house as we renovated are 100 year farm house. It left us with a great guest house. . Hughson is less than 20 minutes from 4 hospitals. We are an outgoing family of 5 with 3 kids aging 20to 14. We love to be outside & are very social.
