The motel is on 9W and within walking distance of many great food options. We are 2m away from West Point Military Academy and 1 mi away from Bear Mountain and Harriman State Parks. There are many beautiful hiking options .We offer an Appalachian Trail shuttle to and from the trail and our motel. We welcome sleepy guests!

Our lounge is available to guests, as well as outdoor amenities: two fire pits, hammocks in the pine trees, a backyard patio, and picnic tables throughout the grounds. Our tavern is open for food, beer, wine and cider Fri-Mon, 5-9p. Coffee, fridge and charcoal grills are provided. WiFi is not guaranteed in the guest rooms.

The Inn at The Garrison is part of the lovely country property The Garrison, in a spectacular setting overlooking the Hudson River and surrounding highlands. During the winter months the inn is very relaxing but may be quiet for some. The inn rooms are private and located on the 2nd floor; there is no elevator. *Please note that the Valley Restaurant & Bar are CLOSED currently.*
