Located 4 mins (driving) from the Historic Denton County courthouse square, 5 mins from TWU and 8 mins from UNT. Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts are 15-20 mins.

This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

The large master bedroom has a therapeutic adjustable queen mattress. The guest bedroom is spacious and has a full-size bed. Queen air mattress is available with 2 weeks advanced notice. There is a separate dedicated office space. The backyard is perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing outdoors. NO PARTIES

This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.
