With beautiful walks nearby in National Trust woodland and countryside or on lovely beaches overlooking North Wales.

There are other shops and a restaurant in the immediate area and Heswall town centre has many more shops and restaurants and is just a 4 minute drive away.

Our 3 bedroomed house is situated in a semi rural situation, in the historical village of Irby. Here you will find 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, shops and amenities. We are close to a number of beaches including Thurstaston and West Kirby, and are within 300 metres of Thurstaston common which provides wonderful walks through the ancient woods of Roydon Park. There are a number of golf courses on our doorstep, including Caldy, Royal Liverpool and Wallasey.
