We are a couple of blocks away from St. Mary’s Hospital and very close to a bus stop Also in close access to Japanese and Chinese restaurant, Subway, Little Caesars, Jack in the Box ,and El Pollo Loco, there’s also a Mexican restaurant and poki bar just walking distance away, Walmart and Super Target Costco are only a 3 miles drive on hwy18. My guest house is over 400 squares feet with private entrance. Neighbor is nice and quiet.

Also, this is the High desert, which means there are bugs.. the grounds are treated quarterly and at times after treatment there will be activity. This corner lot of a cul-de-sac overlooks Horseshoe Lake off in the distance. Lots of curb parking as well as driveway and garage parking. Dining seats up to 8, plus bar seating.
