Cosy queen bed. Roku smart TV. Double vanity bathroom, kitchenette and stylish BBQ to enjoy. Coffee Station with variety of coffee/tea. The Hot Tub is heated for your private use. Three minute walk around corner to BWS, bakery, butchery and IGA. Sorry not equipped for children.

The Garden Studio is in central Hervey Bay. It has its own entrance, a private garden/courtyard, and an amazing shower overlooking the private garden. Guests love this. The kitchenette is only suitable for making light meals it has a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and sandwich maker. A basin/bowl is provided to wash dishes. The shared magnesium mineral pool is relaxing, gentle on the skin, and great for those body aches. You also have use of the outdoor area by the pool and barbeque.

Perfectly located only 9 minutes from the airport and a 6 minute drive to River Heads boat ramp and Barge landing for departure to Kingfisher Bay resort and K'Gari. Easy 15 minute drive to Hervey Bay and Urangan Boat Harbour for Whale watching departure. Local shops 3.5kms away with IGA, Chemist and Cafe. My place is close to Airport, Marina, Beach, Ferry to Fraser Island, whale watching trips and Shopping Centre. You’ll love my place because Its nestled away in a quiet area, with tropical gardens. Your fully self contained Studio has one queen size bed and a kitchen for you to cook, Separate Lounge Room and your own private bathroom right next door and your own patio area. . Maximum of 2 Guests

Small but tidy

This unique place has a style all its own. So close to River Heads boat ramp to Fraser/K’Gari Island. Near IGA shops, Chemist, Restaurant and Cafe and 12 mins to Airport Hervey Bay and only 15-20mins to Hospital and Shopping Centre’s Hervey Bay. Small self contained room with secure parking. We are a family of 4 living upstairs so you might hear young kids playing. We are mostly at work from 8-6 weekdays and usually home on weekends. We are easy going and happy to help we’re we can.

"Sandy Toes" - A pad at the beach.

A separate studio style unit with direct access to the beach . We allow small dogs under 10kgs. Tea, coffee, sugar no milk as everyone likes something different. And we have Wifi. Mountain bike tracks close by and a General Store takeaway - Chemist etc just around the corner. A short bike ride will take you to 2 Restaurants on the water and a beautiful lake. Kite surfing or a 15 minute drive to Hervey Bay , tours to Fraser Island and whale watching. Or sunset drinks on the beach.
