Close to Northwell hospital and 20 mins by foot to LIRR train station. 10 minutes driving to all supermarkets, shops, library and Stepping Stone Park. Host is highly allergic to cats and dogs. No Pets Allowed!

This is a cozy, clean, private bedroom that accommodates 1 person. There is a full-size bed with fresh bedding, a private bathroom that you won't need to share with anyone else, high-speed internet. You also have safe & friendly neighborhood, convenient public transportation and free street parking. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base, including shopping, dining, parks and theaters. Private entrance with stairs leading to a cozy bedroom on the second floor with windows for natural sunlight. A Twin size bed, desk, mini-fridge and closet are provided. New window air conditioner recently installed. There is a shared bathroom and a hallway providing full use of a microwave and Keurig machine. There is no kitchen. THERE IS NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM

Quiet, well lighted bedroom on second floor of house. House is on a quiet street. Free street parking. Twin size bed. Bathroom shared with other guests on the floor. Public transportation (LIRR and Bus stop). Take LIRR train for a 40 minute ride to Manhattan, or take bus/subway for a 90 minute trip to Manhattan. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. 20 minutes bus ride to Roosevelt Field Mall. No kitchen is available. There is a microwave and Keurig coffee maker on the hallway.

Enjoy the clean and quite private apartment in the Tranquil House. The apartment has two bedrooms; a king and a full sized bed, and is located in the basement The bathroom, kitchen and dining room would be for your private use. My family and I live on the floor above if you need help at any time. Located 15 min walk from Mineola Train Station. And 10 min walk from plenty of restaurants, pharmacy. There is a lot of street parking and my drive way is at your disposal

My place is very close to Floral Park, Valley Stream and Jamaica train stations. It's less than 15 mins away from Jfk airport without traffic, and 5 mins from Belmont Race Track. My place is good for solo, adventurer, and business travelers. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around me, and a closeby park that one can always go there for relaxation. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the safe neighborhood!

This comfortable 1-bedroom has everything you need for your Valley Stream stay. Our location is a 15 minute ride from JFK airport and a 10 minute walk from the LIRR train station. Our home is also within walking distance to several popular parks and NYC bus routes. The unit comes with Wi-Fi, Netflix, and FREE parking in the driveway. During your stay, you can also enjoy using the kitchen and living room and private bathroom.
