Ideally located halfway between Durango and Purgatory ski resort, this secluded house is the perfect launching point for your Southwest Colorado adventures. If you are a train buff, you will love the fact that you can see the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge railroad pass right behind the house (it isn’t loud and only runs during the day). Cozy Camper with a Touch Of Nature

The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.

Amy’s Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
