Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Im EG befindet sich eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und das Esszimmer. Eine Sitzecke im sonnigen Vorgarten gehört ebenfalls zur Wohnung. Im OG ist der wintergartenähnlichem Verandenvorbau hervorzuheben. Dieser lässt sich durch Vertikalschiebefenster öffnen und wie eine Loggia nutzen.
