High acoustic and thermal insulation, air conditioning. Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. The apartment is NOT car reachable, because the house is at seaside and cars are not allowed here. The closest place to park is City garage which is 100 stairs above the house. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, nice sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Cozy, close to the beach

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is tucked in a few minutes above the beaches and about 10 10-minute walk from the historical part of the town. I don't think you would need to use a public bus while in Herceg Novi, but the stop is in front of the building. We live in the town, so we are here for any recommendations you might need.

This recently renovated apartment is located in the most beautiful part of Herceg Novi, Savina. Set on the second floor of a residential building it offers the most spectacular view over entrance of the Boka bay and its beautiful sceneries. Apartment has been renovated in 2023, has lot of windows and therefor lot of natural light. It is spacy and can fit comfortably 4 people.
