We are located 2 miles from the Martinsville Speedway, 3 miles from the Smith River Complex and 6 miles from Commonwealth Crossing. Centrally located 1 hour from Roanoke, VA and 45 minutes to Greensboro, NC. We have 4 Smart TV’s (family room and bedrooms). We provide linens, towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Relax at our tranquil riverfront home, close to Martinsville and Philpott Lake. We have a boat slip available at Philpott Marina for $25/day. Enjoy fly fishing, kayaking or just the peaceful flow of the river. Our renovated flat has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and private bedroom, with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Perfect for fishing, boating, or visiting the race track. A cozy home away from home. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional $87 fee. Construction is being done on the unit below.

The cottage is about a mile to Philpott Lake, the perfect place to fish , go out on a boat, or kayak. there are hiking trails near by.
