Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Or maybe you want to go hiking in the mountains, or use the boat or kayak? We can´t promise that the sun will shine during your stay - but we can promise a relaxing experience waking up to the view of the fjord.

Eller bare sitte på verandaen å nyte utsikten og se cruisebåtene seile forbi. Hytten er et perfekt utgangspunkt for toppturer sommer som vinter i vakre Rauma med sine majestetisk fjell. Kort vei til flotte Skorgedalen med skitrekk oppkjørte løyper om vinteren. Bilvei helt frem og parkering på tomten.

Huset er totalrenovert i 2023. Boarealet er 100m2 og inneholder tre soverom, tre bad og et stort kjøkken/allrom. Fra allrommet er det utgang til delvis overbygd terrasse på 60m2. Soverom 1: Dobbeltseng 180x200 cm Soverom 2: To senger på 90 cm Soverom 3: 1 seng 120 cm + 1 seng 90 cm. Dør ut til terrassen Bad 1: ligger i tilknytting til soverom 1. Inneholder dusj, toalett, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel. Badene 2 og 3 er plassert ved inngangsdøren. Inneholder: dusj, toalett, vask.

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Nyt vakker utsikt innover mot Tresfjorden og bratte fjell. Stedet ligger på solsiden av fjorden. Det er kort vei til Trollstigen, Åndalsnes, Molde og Ålesund. Fantastiske turmuligheter og naturopplevelser finnes i nærområdet. Privat strand hører med. Rorbuen har hems I tillegg til de to soverommene. Hemsen har to madrasser på 120cm x 200cm. Der finnes fryser. Det er varmepumpe til oppvarming og til avkjøling.

Velkomen til Lingås gard. Eit aktivt gardsbruk i Valldal, Fjord kommune. Lingås gard ligg med perfekt utgangspunkt nært fleire populære turistmål og turdestinasjonar, midt mellom Trollstigen og Geirangerfjorden. Storslått utsikt og naturopplevingar i heile området. Fjelltoppar, koselege setrar, fjord og badeplass er kun gåavstand unna. Liker du å gå på topptur på ski har vi ski in, ski out på vinteren. Vi har flotte Berdalsnibba rett bak oss.

Koselig hytte leies ut!

Koselig eldre laftet tømmerhytte på gårdstun leies ut. Grei standard. Komplett med kjøkkenutstyr. Lite bad med wc, vask, dusjkabinett og vaskemaskin. Hytta har dobbeltseng på soverom, og køyeseng i sovealkove. Kort vei til Molde sentrum, ca. 15 km og ca. 40 km til Åndalsnes. Liten nærbutikk og busstopp ca 150 meter fra hytta. Kort vei til sjøen med badestrand (ca 200 meter). Ta gjerne kontakt med verten dersom behov for tidligere innsjekking!
