Bird Dog Lodge ( Lic 003586) Located in the Coosawattee River Resort in Ellijay GA. We are tucked away in the soaring pines with River View in winter months! If you love a romantic getaway, adventure, trails, the outdoors, wineries and great eats this is the spot. Perfect for a girls weekend or family vacation . Our cabin sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 bedrooms and a loft. New HOT TUB! High speed internet for work or streaming. You’ll feel like you’re away from it all. Plan a trip! Bring the dogs.

The Riverside Cabin

Cozy cabin right on river, with access to the shared pool and hot tub. The grounds include numerous walking trails. In addition to the sleeping loft, there is a full bed in the screened sleeping nook (not heated). Two full baths are provided (one in the sleeping loft and one off the main outdoor area) although the outdoor bath is winterized from December-April. Both an inside and outside kitchen sink is provided (although the outdoor sink is off in winter), with stainless gas grill under cover.

Living Room has 2 recliners, sofabed, and bunk beds! The kitchen has an Island for eating and making breakfast. Use the Keurig to make your morning coffee & sit in the beautiful sunroom with gas fireplace overlooking the river! The Patio just steps from the river has a fire pit and rocking chairs!
