Located right by Mjøsa and it is only 2km to the center of Gjøvik. It has a fantastic views and sunshine. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room. The house is idyllically located by the river Glomma in Alvdal. Just a few steps from the house, you can fish, swim or sit and relax in front of the outdoor fireplace.
