The Pearl of Whakatiwai. A completely restored Bed/kitchen/dining room with separate shower and toilet. This house was built in the 50's and so we have lovingly recreated the whole 50's vibe for your enjoyment. Right on the edge of the Firth of Thames you can lie in bed and see the views that go on forever. A great little kitchen with new oven and fridge, plus all the tools you need if you want a "foodie" get away. We do not have a TV, but great WiFi. Great fishing right on your doorstep.

The North End Studio

Well thought out and with some homely touches it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Nau mai haere mai - we welcome you to our house in beautiful Kaiaua. Enough room and space for the whole family, including the dogs. Super king bed for extra room, and the kids will love the bunks. Stroll a few metres to the beach and enjoy the peaceful sea air and a swim. Grab your daily coffee at the awesome Pink Shop along with a few goodies. Gas garage has other supplies you might need. Hit the Rail Trail if you’re a keen biker and enjoy the area. Our space is yours.

Our AirBnB is a separate, self-contained wing of our beautiful new home in Totara, 3kms south of Thames Township and gateway to the Coromandel Peninsula. We are about an hour’s drive from Auckland International Airport and close to the many and varied attractions of the Coromandel and the Waikato Region. Easy access to the Hauraki Rail Trail. From our elevated position there are uninterrupted views over the township, Firth of Thames and the Kauaeranga Valley.
