In the heart of the Surrey Hills, this contemporary, light-filled annexe offers a cosy base for a peaceful countryside escape with access to walks, stunning views, country pubs & cycle trails The private 1-bed space is attached to our home but set up to be completely separate when required with its own entrance, outdoor patio & stone firepit Whether you’re here for a weekend retreat, outdoor adventure or quiet work-at-home stay, this is modern comfort in one of Surrey’s most beautiful settings

The Barn

Surrounded by open countryside and a superb walking distance away from the Devils Punch Bowl our converted barn is the perfect place to come and relax. It comfortably sleeps 5 and is self contained with its own kitchen and laundry facilities. We have Ultrafast fibre (up to 500mbps) should you need it for work or just to stream a film. The barn sits within our grounds and is private however should you need anything I am always around. We are within an hours drive from both London and Goodwood.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

One bedroom cottage escape

Relax and make yourself at home in our charming 1-bedroom bungalow — the perfect retreat for a restful getaway. Featuring a super king-size bed with White Company bedding, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living room with stunning views of the garden. The modern restroom includes a walk-in shower and Rituals toiletries for a luxury experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or take advantage of the hammocks on the pond both with views of the surrounding garden.

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. The Old School House Liphook - hot tub & tennis ct

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

The Bothy, formerly ‘The Old Potting Shed’ is surrounded by the most beautiful countryside. Situated near Fittleworth in the South Downs National Park. Renovated & furnished to a high standard, it boasts many original features as well as modern comforts including a well equipped kitchen, 2 ensuite bedrooms, log burner & large outdoor space. The Bothy is ideal for a weekend escape, wedding, special occasion, walking holiday, Goodwood events & spending time with family & friends.

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
