You can easily find yourself not wanting to leave the property but there are many outdoor activities to explore in the area, such as fishing, hiking or swimming, as well as dining options in nearby towns, such as Roscoe, Livingston Manor and Callicoon.

Fully furnished River House with private access to the famous Beaverkill River Lower Mountain Pool. You can walk through a real working farm as well as taste the seasonal harvest when available. Here you can take a farm tour and visit with our resident animals, including alpacas, Nigerian dwarf goats, rabbits, and chickens. Rustic, eco-friendly and tucked in the woods is our 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin! Only two hours from NYC, you’ll find the perfect space for a cozy weekend getaway or a peaceful week-long escape. My partner/co-host and I live in Brooklyn, and the cabin has become our home away from home.
