Less than 20 min. to downtown Anderson Pendleton or Clemson. This prime location on lake Hartwell is a 10 minute boat ride to Portman Shoals Marina, the Galley restaurant, & Green Pond Landing.

Enjoy afternoons in the sun on our covered dock with plenty of water for swimming, and spend your evenings unwinding watching TV or playing games indoors! We have recently added a new hot tub for your enjoyment!
