Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

With only a 25min drive to downtown Nashville, you are tucked away amidst the towering hardwoods---away from the city noise. With careful attention to detail, the treehouse decor and design is meticulously curated to create an atmosphere of rest and beauty. This space is ideal for a couple, but can sleep four (twin beds in the loft). Parties are not permitted on the premises.

My labor of love house. So many older homes are being torn down in Nashville and I just couldn't let it happen to this one. Transom ceilings, original hardwood floors, super quiet inside.. front porch sitting...Walkable to 12 South. public Street parking and sweet neighbors. You will feel right at home while being less than 2 miles from lower broadway and the gulch. Belmont and Vandy are super close.
