Recently refurbished to a high standard the cottage offers on drive parking, entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom/wc/ whb, well equipped modern kitchen, pantry, south opening sitting room, dining room, 2 double bedrooms for up to 4 people, walk-in shower/wc/whb. The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

The Studio is a small and cosy single storey self-contained annexe in the Cotswold village of Poulton. Double bedroom, en suite shower room, fully equipped kitchen/living room with double sofa bed, private courtyard garden. WiFi, underfloor heating, TV, parking for 2 cars. Basic breakfast supplies, milk, tea and coffee provided. Great village pub down the road. Sleeps two comfortably, up to four at a squeeze with limited floor space if using the sofa bed for additional guests.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
