“The Loft at Lederach” Upscale Historic Charm

The house was built in 1842 and the upstairs apartment was completely renovated in February 2019. Guests will have access to the entire second floor with a locked private entrance. New appliances and plenty of kitchen tools for the home chef. There is a completely renovated bathroom with its spa like walk-in rain shower. Guests may enjoy the 55 inch Smart TV. Convenient washer and dryer are available free of charge. This space is perfect for business travelers, solo adventurers, couples retreat.

Welcome to the Vintage Suite at Park House! The cozy, vintage themed suite features a private entrance and balcony overlooking over two acres of the park-like property. Pet friendly! Dedicated parking that can be seen from the suite. Early check ins: The availability of the Suite prior to the 3PM check in time is unlikely due to the popularity of the Suite. The unit is on main street so there is traffic noise. We do ask that guests are respectful of permanent tenants in the building.
