Cabin 1 - Unit 2 at Blue Mountain Rest

We are pet friendly but there are pooch fees and a pet policy. Please go to "additional" House Rules. Unit 2 is only one of 4 cabins on this property. We have other listings in case this one is not available. BM Rest in the center of the Adirondack Mts in NY State. We are open year round, spring, summer, winter & fall. This accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen , private bathroom, living room, private bedroom & outdoor fire pit. This accommodation sleeps 4, w/ Direct TV, HBO & Wifi.

Create memories at our lakefront cottage with private beach and dock in the heart of the ADK Mountains. Lake and mountain views greet you from large picture windows. Located just steps from Lake Pleasant Golf Course and close to Camp of the Woods, this property is also near hiking trails, groceries, dining & shopping as well as being on the "sunset side" of the lake. Aluminum dock, kayaks, canoe, SUP &paddleboat provided, as well as all linens, Beekman 1802 toiletries and well stocked kitchen.

Lovingly restored and privately located, this historic cabin offers beautiful mountain views. Nearby attractions include RevRail for rail biking, white water rafting on the Hudson River, Gore Mt and Garnet Hill for skiing and pristine 13th Lake. Elsewhere on property: wood fired pizza in summer, an on site bakery, new cedar sauna and cedar hot tub in a Japanese temple. We have glamping tents and several additional cabins. Our camp is located the heart of the Adirondacks in upstate NY . It is a beautiful four season cabin on Lake Abanakee . The camp is adorned with Adirondack art and furnishings made by my artisan friends and I. Lake Abanakee is a favorite for canoes, kayaks, photographers, fishermen and families. Enjoy glamping in our new screened in lean to or swimming and boating from our private beach. Although our camp looks like a rustic retreat, we have high speed internet and all the modern conveniences.

It is a popular destination for Nature and wildlife photographers because of the lovely wilderness settings, scenic Lakes, mountains and rivers. Paddleboarding Canoeing & Kayaking is walking distance to the West Branch of the Sacandaga River.“The Lodge” is also a popular destination for Bicycle touring!
