The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate. We are located a stone’s throw from Goodwood and Cowdray, and forty minutes from the coast. The area is renowned for its excellent public footpaths, cycle trails and pubs.

Midhurst lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of walking opportunities. Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. The beautiful Halnaker windmill walk is nearby. Please note that the cottage is not suitable for babies and children.
