The location is rural, peaceful, safe and quiet.

A lovely unique place to stay and there is plenty of space to relax and unwind in this 2 floor cottage/apartment in a stunning historical building. Take advantage of the peace & quiet relaxing in our gardens, taking in the scenery. Or go exploring around our grounds, enjoy the duck pond & see the wonderful wildlife. Children will enjoy the games barn (open all year, wrap up in the winter) with a pool table, table tennis & toys to enjoy. There are swings & climbing frames around the grounds.

The Gables Cottage is a lovely place to have a little break and explore Norfolk’s beautiful countryside. Our cottage has recently been renovated and refreshed. There is a new super king Relyon bed and mattress, new shower, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. Our location is very convenient being quite close to Norwich, broads and the stunning seaside. You could enjoy its cosy front garden or have breakfast on the patio at the back of the property. Onsite parking is available.

The Cosy Cart Shed

The Cosy Cart Shed is a perfect retreat for couples or friends looking for relaxation in the Norfolk countryside. Located in the village of Buxton, in an off-road setting on a picturesque working farm. The Cart Shed is situated close to the wedding venues of Hautbois Hall and Oxnead Hall (which has a direct walking route from the guesthouse). Buxton village is located on the River Bure, perfect for fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, dog walking and watching the local wildlife.

A natural haven is set down a long track and within the beautiful Broadland district (home to the Norfolk Broads and its wonderful wildlife), yet only a short drive/bus ride from the historic, cathedral city of Norwich, easy access to the outstanding North Norfolk Coast.

The Beach House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Situated on a private estate with a central communal green that leads down to the beautiful beach. There’s a lovely patio areas with gates that open onto the huge green that is great to kick a ball around on or play a game of badminton! There are a couple of benches at the edge of the green that you can relax on and take in the beautiful views of the beach and sea!

The Cart Shed

This accomodation is set within the property of a young family home in a small quiet village of Hainford. Facilities include kitchenette with utensils, small fridge/freezer, oven and a two ring hob, kettle and toaster. Complimentary teas, coffee and milk on arrival. There is a lounge, separate bedroom with double bed and dressing table, leading through to a washroom with shower facilities (toiletries not provided). No EV charge.
