With natural pine and organic materials, your room is a calm place to get into the woods--a basecamp for adventure. Our focus is on providing a serene environment that allows our guests to disconnect from screens and immerse themselves in the natural beauty that surrounds us. Our rooms do not have TVs.

Albany airport, -Amtrak Train Station. We are easy to access to Government offices, Medical treatment places, the major colleges in the area, as well as highway Rt 7, Rt 2, I-87, I-90, and 787. We are a short drive to CNY fertility, the Regeneron pharmaceutical Co & the Government offices.

This room has a plush queen size bed, the room, with romantic softly lit loft, a private bathroom, A/C, a kitchenette that has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, Smart TV/cable/Roku A hot Breakfast is served Thursday-Sunday. Mon-Wednesday is an assortment of breakfast foods and fresh coffee. All days are 8-10am. Lake boat tours: offered daily for a low price.

Restored with Care & Love. This Historical Restaurant and Boutique Hotel Events Space serves as a community hub and gathering space. The Boutique Hotel at The Bond dates back to the year 1812 and holds 10 beautiful rooms which have private bathrooms as well as upgraded amenities provided in each room. We offer private space for events amid beautiful and spacious grounds with fireplaces and waterfalls. Each of our rooms are unique, which is part of what makes The Bond so special.
