Beautiful private cabin near Tartu

A beautiful private cabin 5km from Tartu. The cabin is located on the bank of a little pond, in a forest. Nearest house is 0,5 km away, so it's the perfect place for a getaway. The cabin has a private barbeque, hot-tub and a disc-golf course for a active holiday. In the cabin is a sauna and a pond for swimming or to have a dip after the sauna. At night time you can also enjoy the fireplace that will keep you warm on the cold nights. Hut-tub is not included in price. It's extra 50.- for stay.

Come stay at the old town of Tartu in our lovely apartment with private entry and all you need for your visit. Our place is located at the foot of the famous Toome hill where everything is very close (main square, shops, restaurants, parks etc). We will offer you a fully equipped apartment and a big bed, kitchenette, shower, TV with many channels, free fast wifi and good books/games to entertain you. We also offer free parking in the yard that works on a first come first served principle

3 magamistoaga maja koos kümblustünni, aurusauna, tavalise saunaga. Vaikne piirkond. 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel Tartu kesklinnast. Majas on olemas saunarätikud 12-le. Kohvimasin täidetud ubadega. Nõud on 20-le inimesele. Väliköök, kus on grillimiseks kõik vajalikud tarvikud. Suitsuahi, bbq ahi ja tavaline grill. Olemas on korvpalli-, jalgpalli ja võrkpalliväljak(pallid on ka olemas). Mõnus lõkke tegemise koht. Metsas on matkarada. Maja küljel paikneb väike tiik, kus saab ujumas käia.

Korter asub kaunis tartu ülejõe piirkonnas uuselurajoonis eemal linnakärast aga samas piisavalt lähedal. Korter on väga hubane ja seal on olemas kõik eluks vajalik. Mugavust lisab suur rõdu mööbliga ja eraldi privaatne sissepääs. Emajõe lähim koht on kõigest 15 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kogu jõe ümbruses on looduskauneid vaateid ja mitmeid ujumiskohti. Lisaks emajõele asub korteri läheduses ERM ja tagurpidi maja. Kaunis raekoda ja kesklinn kõigest 10 min autosõidu kaugusel.

My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Apartment with sauna close to city center. 10 minutes walking distance from the Town Hall Square. 5 minutes from railway station. The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a small fridge, basic cooking equipment and tableware.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

Welcome to our warm hometown – Tartu! To maximize your experience here we try to give our best to help you. The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment with free parking

Bring the whole family and pets to this great place with lots of room for fun. You will have 2 parking spaces, a playground and the Estonian National Museum right around the corner. Free WiFi and a full set of dishes are included. Also an extra cot and high chair for the baby. The city centre is about 15 minutes by transport and a 45-minute walking distance.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
