There is a barbecue, ping-pong table and petanque (boules). . Amazing setting, 2km from "Champagne" village pub/post office.

With five bathrooms, two kitchens, underfloor heating & full wheelchair access throughout the property. The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. A charming and peaceful group of three adjoining cottages offering a relaxing stay for the whole family (capacity 20 people). The location is very quiet and suitable for families, with two heated swimming pools and a one-hectare wooded park. The Domaine des Prairies de Latry comprises a total of five cottages (with the possibility of adding one or two additional cottages if required).
