Hello, my comfortable and modern apartment is very centrally located next to the Hotel Carpe Diem, 50 meters from the main ski lift of Gudauri. “New Gudauri” area is less than 10 minutes walk, where you can find many restaurants, cafes, etc. Newly renovated apartment is on the third floor of the new Building which was built in 2018. Skiing from childhood, we know Gudauri very well and will be happy to provide you with any recommendations needed. We are always accessible via mail or cellphone.

This block is unique because it has Ski-in and Ski-out. The building has it's own open-door free parking space. Several restaurants, cafes, and markets are available within walking distance (5-10 min).

The apartment with mountain view balcony located in New Gudauri, at the elevation of two thousand two hundred meters, and is in one of the most beautiful and developed part of the Ski Resort, just few steps (about 100 meters) from the main Gondola/Ski lift and all the main amenities such as swimming pools, fitness, spa, shops, casino, restaurants, cafes, bars, ATM, ski rental areas. In a walking distance you can find ski rentals, spas, a shop, two ski lifts - a surface lift Zuma and a gondola lift Gudaura. The room is equipped with all you need for cooking and washing. From the panorama window or the balcony you can enjoy the unique mountain view. The total area of the room is about 30 square meters. There is a locker in ski depot.
