E' composto da una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta con due letti, un bagno con cabina doccia e un'ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura. Dista pochissimi km da San Salvo e Vasto rinomate spiagge bandiera blu. Sul posto c'è la possibilità di usufruire, oltre che di lidi attrezzati, anche di un'ampia e curata spiaggia libera. The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.
