Qui si vive con lentezza, tra silenzio, verde e semplicità. Perfetta per chi desidera una pausa dal caos, per chi ama fare escursioni o solo rilassarsi e riconnettersi con se stessi. A 7 km si trovano i Ponte dell’Olio e Bettola, con tutti i servizio. I dintorni offrono castelli, borghi, chiese antiche e sentieri, trattorie e agriturismi.

Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature. The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. After driving a mountain road, you will find yourself immersed in nature. Please note: there are two points where the road narrows due to ongoing construction work in the final km. The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.

Per gli amanti del trekking, delle escursioni in Mountain bike e dell'enduro, ma anche per chi ama visitare luoghi densi di storia. A un passo da Bobbio, Grazzano Visconti e da riserve naturali stupende. Ma per perdersi nella natura basta uscire dalla porta di casa. Alloggio bikers friendly, mettiamo a disposizione ricovero al chiuso per i mezzi e piccola ciclofficina per riparazioni dell'ultimo minuto.
