A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

Geniet van de rust, geen lawaai van auto´s en het prachtige uitzicht over het water. Of ga het water op met een kano of bootje. Het huisje wordt verwarmd door een gaskachel beneden. Een warme trui en pantoffels zijn aan te raden in de winter. Het is hier niet toegestaan om feestjes te houden of veel lawaai te maken.
