Glamping Pod, Guershader, Isle of Lewis

Welcome to the pod! Only 2 miles from Stornoway ferry terminal and approximately 1.5 miles from the town centre, the pod is situated in front of my own home in the village of Guershader on the outskirts of Stornoway. This is an ideal location if you’re travelling through the Islands and looking for a short stop-over. Looking for a longer stay? Airigh nam Fiadh

Airigh nam Fiadh is a secluded cabin in Newvalley, Isle of Lewis, offering privacy amidst the countryside. Surrounded by nature, you'll enjoy visits from deer and wildlife, while still being close to Stornoway. The cabin sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, with a double bed and sofa bed. It features Velux windows for stargazing, a kitchenette, and a bright bathroom. Outdoors, relax on the deck and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A perfect base to explore both the quiet countryside and nearby town.

The Barn @ 28a

6 miles from Stornoway our new Barn conversion, on a working croft by the sea, is in the beautiful village of Aignish. Whether sitting outside on the balcony or from the comfort of the open plan living-room with full height cathedral windows, you can enjoy the gorgeous sea views and spectacular sunsets whatever the weather. Kitchen/dining area upstairs, downstairs 2 comfortable/well equipped en-suite bedrooms, double and king, with optional single bed. Also sofa bed. Sleeps 7 people. ES00593P

Here is our new well kitted out Pod.It has underfloor heating,hot water,two ring induction hob,fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster,fixed double bed,and sofa bed.For your comfort it has toilet,wash hand basin and shower.Also WiFi,alexa, tv/dvd,amazon fire stick (netflix/childrens tv etc).It is very comfortable and cosy, with super soft fluffy fleece bedding and a pure wool duvet. It also has a bbq area with seating and fire pit for chilled out evenings. The pod is at the end of a quiet village.

Skye Red Fox Retreat - stunning luxury glamping

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

ISLE be BACK, Seaview and beach on your doorstep

Our Island house is located 3.8 miles (9 mins by car and on main bus route) from Stornoway, the Capital of the Western Isles. The house has beautiful sea views across Broadbay and the Minch, it is a short walk to the nearby beach. The property belongs to my partner but I help with the admin of his holiday home venture. My partner is a builder and finished renovating the house in July 2019. He stripped back the property to the bare bricks and basically started again from four walls.

Otternish Pods, North Uist

Otternish Pods on North Uist are situated on a working croft and are ideally located for exploring the islands. 1 mile from Berneray ferry terminal and 10 miles from Lochmaddy. Each pod is open plan with a kitchenette, seating dining, sleeping area and shower room. 3/4 bed and sofa-bed provides accommodation for up to 4. It is ideal for 2,If there are 4 adults you may feel it rather small. Bedding and towels are provided. Heating, TV and WiFi all add to a warm comfortable stay.

The Cosy Wee Studio

A warm welcome awaits in this lovely little studio. Near to the main town of Stornoway yet has a country feel with the surrounding gardens, and great views to the sea. Great location for visiting our beautiful beaches and countryside. The studio is ideal for a couple, it has a king size bed in an open plan space with small corner kitchen. Small dining space . An ensuite bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. A decking area with table and benchseat.

Hebrides Cottage

***Please contact if your dates are unavailable as I may still be able to accommodate*** Traditional style Hebridean country cottage set in peaceful large gardens and decking area with sea views over Stornoway and surrounding areas. Location is perfect for exploring the island whilst providing a great base for accessing all amenities. Fishing, golfing, water sports and boat trips not to mention those fabulous beaches are all within a short distance.

Sìth

Perched above Upper Coll beach on the Isle of Lewis, Sìth—Gaidhlig for peace—offers a tranquil escape. Beside it sits Sonas, meaning tranquility, another cozy tiny home, perfect for couples, friends, or families. Each pod sleeps 3 with a double bed and a sofa bed (slightly larger than a single, ideal for kids or one adult). Just 10 minutes from Stornoway, this spot is perfect to explore the beaches and see the best of what Lewis has to offer.

Rosewell, tranquil island escape

Light and spacious, Rosewell has a modern and relaxed hygge style, including a wood burning stove for those cosy nights in. Rosewell is a detached bungalow set in a quiet and secluded ¼ acre of mature garden in the township of Tong, you're less than a 10 minute drive from the main town of Stornoway. Including free parking, fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video, it's a home away from home.

Newton Marina View

Cozy 1 bedroom flat conveniently located only a 2 min drive away from the ferry terminal and a 7 min drive to the Stornoway airport. The nearest supermarket is only a 5 min walk away and the town centre is a 7 min walk. Free on-street parking with a private front garden overlooking the Newton marina and a shared back garden.
