Our sunny 1930's bungalow is ready to welcome you for a traditional seaside holiday! Comfortably sleeping a family of four, the master bedroom has a gorgeous four-poster kingsize bed, a second bedroom has two singles. There is a bathroom with a bath (shower over) and sink and then a seperate toilet room. There is plenty of garden space and a long driveway for parking several cars. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares, squirrels, stoats and weasels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wiggly' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways

The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

Cosy dog friendly home in Holt

Beautiful, dog friendly ‘home from home’ which has been renovated to a very high standard. This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

The Little Workshop

The Little Workshop is a self-contained holiday annexe in the village of West Runton, on the North Norfolk coast. We are situated on the coast road and 10 minutes walk from West Runton beach. It is attached to the main house, with its own entrance and parking space. Perfect accommodation for two guests and a pet ; it consists of a 1 bedroom studio with kitchenette, separate wet room and entrance lobby. There is a small patio at the rear of the annexe, that is fenced off from the main garden.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Old Farm Office.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

Cosy Cottage 4 miles to coast with Artists Studio

Gryngolet is a beautifully designed and presented Norfolk flint cottage, situated in the peaceful hamlet of Gresham, which is just a short drive to Sheringham. The cottage sleeps 4 and is dog friendly. The gardens really are beautiful and overlook a small meadow, so the bird and wildlife is right on your door step. The unique feature of the cottage is a fabulous artists’s studio at the bottom of the garden. The owners have left lots of art supplies you can use to be inspired

“Estella” Shepherds Hut with private hot tub

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Kingfisher Cottage at Itteringham Mill

Cosy bedroom on gallery above the spacious sitting room with wonderful views across the mill pond. Enjoy a drink and meal at our friendly local pub just 200 yards away or coffee and cake at our village shop just 5 minutes walk. Very peaceful but with easy access to coast and Broads. Perfect for nature lovers, birdwatchers and walkers. We still have availability in Kingfisher Cottage for the Walpole Arms beer festival 28-30 June. Lots of local beers, live music and BBQ.
