This unique place has a style all its own. Centrally located in the peaceful Park Hill neighborhood and newly remodeled while preserving all of the vintage charm of this 1950s triplex. You are renting one of the 3 units in the triplex but have the entire unit to yourself. Beautiful and well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertop, retro fridge, & stove. The bedroom has a king bed and workspace area. The living room has a giant 65" TV and sleeper sofa as well for sleeping additional guests.

Tucked away in a quiet hill-top community! Our self-check-in bunkhouse is located just outside Fort Smith or for those visiting Greenwood. Comfortable beds... 13 adult spaces plus a crib and/or toddler bed. Gorgeous pool, beautiful treed lot and close to dozens of state parks and the Rogers/Bentonville/Fayetteville corridor. We have a cute chicken coop and a dozen complimentary eggs for you to enjoy! Perfect for church retreat, girlfriend getaway, family reunion or couple's get-away!
