We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? Convenient and comfortable! Our Colorful Cottage is within minutes of UCM and about 10 minutes from WAFB. We have the Cottage with all the amenities needed for a nightly, weekly, or a monthly stay. Da Bus @ Red Barn Luxury Motor Coach

Only a hop skip and jump from the KATY and Rock Island Trails. Da Bus is a 2003 Tiffin Class A Luxury Motor Coach. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, The couch in the living area folds out to a Full size bed. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and freezer, double sink, new faucet, propane stove top, Microwave/convection oven. The large shower has a new faucet and hand wand.

Quiet country house on a wooded lot. Entire main floor of this secluded country home, with a covered deck overlooking woods, including outdoor dining and lounge. Well appointed kitchen with open concept dining and living area. Eight miles to Sedalia, the Katy Trail and Missouri State Fairgrounds. Thirty minutes to Whiteman AFB. We welcome up to two dogs.

Come stay at our rustic modern barndo house! We have amazing sunsets and lots of privacy on our farm. The home features 18ft living room/kitchen ceiling, a master suite with large zero entry shower, loft with second bedroom room and bathroom. The loft has pool table and foosball table. The home also has a private 16x36 in-ground pool with deep end.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located Urban Cabin. Pet friendly with a fully fenced-in back yard and outdoor dog house. This cozy home is located just a few blocks from Centennial Park and the hospital. We're also a short drive to the Missouri State Fairgrounds, Downtown Sedalia, and the Katy Trail.

The Broken Spoke

"The Broken Spoke" nightly rental sits on just over a quiet acre of land only steps from the Katy Trail and minutes from local restaurants and shopping. We can accommodate up to six in the house, we have additional camping space available for larger groups upon request, as well as extended stay rates.
