Your room is large and comfortable with a TV. All surfaces are cleaned with rubbing alcohol. You are welcome to use my small garden which was the police yard. A light continental breakfast with good coffee is provided. In addition you can also book a reiki /crystal session for deep relaxation.

You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.

This single room is on the ground floor of a terraced house in a quiet area of Rusholme just 2 minutes from Wilmslow Road and the Curry Mile. The house is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It has recently been refurbished throughout with a new bathroom, and new carpets. During the academic year it is a student house but because of Covid-19 the students are not staying this academic year.
