It is perfectly located for events at the Royal Albert Hall, V&A, Natural history Museum as well as shopping in Kensington and Chelsea. All Flat Minimum. Set in an Edwardian townhouse in the heart of South Kensington, the flat is only steps away from the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum. The Gloucester Road and South Kensington Tube stations are a 5-minute walk away. Yes South Kensington station and Gloucester station are both 5/6 min walk from the flat. Buses & Taxis & Ubers are highly available to all destinations as well. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Stunning views reach across the Sound of Mull towards Tobermory on the Isle of Mull and out to sea toward Ardnamurchan Point.

Country House perfect for Christmas

We have had a recent late cancellation for 23rd to 27th December. I've reduced the price. So many guests have said this is the perfect place for a family Christmas gathering. It's such a shame that it will be empty on Christmas day. We decorate the house tastefully with a tree, wreathes, candle table centres and sprigs of holly. We are just five minutes drive from J28 of the M5 so we are easy to reach whatever the weather. Its the best house ever for a massive game of hide and seek.
