My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. Preacher’s House

This two-story vacation rental is the oldest building in Creek Street National Historic District. Renovated with contemporary furnishings, you’ll feel like you’re at home. Located directly Creek Street boardwalk, you’ll enjoy the stunning views of the harbor and the creek. This unit has one bedroom with a queen size bed and an adjoining side room with two twin beds. It also has a comfortable foldout sofa in the living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, fireplace, and small dining area.

Also located on the Ketchikan Walking tour route. This home is perfect for a memorable Alaskan family vacation with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms hosting a bunkbed room with a full-size futon sleeper. Enjoy watching the daily cruise lines depart through Tongass Narrows right from the couch!

Creek Side Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Our cottage is located at the top of the fish ladder and feet away from creek street. It is less than 5 minutes away from the stores on creek street. It is walking distance to the Thomas basin area. The house is three bedrooms (one bedroom does not have a door) and two bathrooms. You frequently see bald eagles flying around Ketchikan creek from the living room windows and the deck. It also has a fully equipped kitchen.
