The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Zwischen München und den Alpen schön gelegen im oberbayerischen Dorf Aying befindet sich unsere Ferienwohnung "Kirchblick" in der 1. Etage eines neu renovierten Landhauses mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen. Die Wohnung beeindruckt durch ihre hohen Räume, die schöne Aussicht sowie ihrer hochwertigen Ausstattung. Es gibt zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt fünf Betten. Die offen gestaltete Einbauküche bietet Kochkomfort auf höchstem Niveau.

Eingang über Außentreppe im 1. Stock. Die Wohnung hat 56qm. Ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, TV und WLan. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett, eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Ein Bad mit WC, Badewanne mit Duschabtrennung. Ab Mitte April steht Ihnen ein kleiner Garten und eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill zur Verfügung.
