Hosts Jen & Stan Mauldin offer A Beautiful Stay in The Cotton Gin Cottage, an updated 1940s workshop located within walking distance of the historic Georgetown Square and Southwestern University. The Cottage is located on a quiet lot surrounded by beautiful gardens and pecan trees. Quick access to Austin, Round Rock and Salado along with excellent restaurants and bars in Georgetown. Hayloft at the Lookout Stables

Our one bedroom Hayloft has an amazing panoramic view of the Texas Countryside with balconies on each side of the apartment. Open living and dinning area with a kitchenet wonderful for dinner parties for two or up to 4 additional dinner guest. Beautiful antique bedroom furniture perfect for your special day. You are welcome to bring your photographfer for photo shoots of you in the Horse Stables and grounds. We can arrange for one of our gorgeous horses to be in the photos or go for a ride.

Home offers the best of all worlds with the interior including wall wine racks, kitchen appliances, and spacious suite rooms with adjacent areas for office work. This includes the huge lot space for outside activities.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This newly renovated home is perfect for a family or couple get away. The sunrises and sunsets are stunning from its large patio deck. The Stillhouse marina is located a few miles away. There they have fishing, dinning, and boat rentals. Scuba Divers Paradise offers scuba lessons at the marina as well. We also have parking available for a boat trailer at the house. Three kayaks available to you at the house

Cozy Lake Hide-Away

Small and cozy unique apartment on a hill, overlooking Stillhouse Lake. It's tucked in the back of our shop/garage, with a partially shade covered deck. Kick back and watch the wildlife, birds and hummingbirds, while drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful views. We are in the Country, close to Stillhouse Lake, and only a short drive to Cadence Bank Center, Belton, UMHB, Chalk Ridge or Dana Peak Park. Parking including room for a trailer.

Salado Cottage Retreat near Downtown

Large Windows offer serene panoramic views of the properties huge oak trees and various deer that reside on the property. Enjoy lounging at the nearby pergola for a peaceful and romantic fire lit experience. Nestled only .5 miles from downtown and 1 mile from the golf course you will be perfectly central to all Salado has to offer.

Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1350sqft of accessable space to you). You'll have 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds and 2.5 bathrooms. You can park your car in the garage and you'll get the garage door opener. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. You'll have two Tv's with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime. The house also includes a washer and dryer for use. The backyard is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).

This is the perfect place to escape to after a long day of visiting with family and or friends in the area! It's spacious, cozy, comfortable (CA king bed), AFFORDABLE, centrally located, and very private. While this dwelling is attached to my home you will most likely never see me. You have a completely separate entrance with a private patio and yard to yourself.

Relax with the whole family or a single trip to this peaceful house. 35 mins from downtown Austin, 15 mins from Kalahari, and 35 mins from airport/circuit of las americas /tesla. Down the road from San Gabriel river where you can take a walk or fish. There are few restaurants/fast food and a new movie theater in Hutto around 10 mins to drive.

The Shangri-Lodge is a bright, roomy, 700 square foot, one bedroom guest cottage on our 10-acre property. We're just a couple miles from Southwestern University and historic downtown Georgetown, with easy access to the 130 tollway for guests who want to travel into Austin quickly.
