We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. This modern, spacious, bright and cosy apartment lies on the ground floor of the traditional stone house in the most desirable part of the town Ploce. A garden of orange trees and a private terrace with dining, lounge and sunbed area, provide breathtaking views overlooking the Adriatic sea and Old town of Dubrovnik. Just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, place is far away from busy streets and noise just enough to be the oasis of peace and tranquillity. Property is not accessible by car.

The location is near the beautiful and famous Stradun, the main street of Dubrovnik Old Town and it is only minutes away from the most interesting historical buildings. In the apartment you will find Wi-fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, a washing machine & dryer and a kitchen with dishwasher.

Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
