COMFORT ROOMS have been completely refurbished with a modern and elegant taste. They are fully-equipped with all conveniences needed to be functional. We have avoided the use of fitted carpet for maximum higiene and chosen wood floorings instead. Priority was given to good lighting and a comfortable bed. They feature a kitchenette and a small fridge that allows you to cook and so be self-sufficient. Their capacity is 2 adults and in some of them it is possible to add an extra bed for a child/adult or a cot under request. The bathroom is not very large but it’s complete. The total size of the room is about 20 square meters.

A sunlit apartment located in the heart of Gràcia, one of the city’s most authentic neighbourhood. You will cook in an amazing industrial kitchen and enjoy afternoon drink on the private balcony. All have a window opening to a small courtyard inside the building. They offer no view but are quiet. Tourist taxes 5,5€ per person per night are not included in the price and are paid at the time of check in.
