Wir vermieten eine gemütliche 95m2 große Ferienwohnung für bis zu 6 Personen in der Nähe des Klopeinersees. Lassen Sie sich durch die schlichte Eleganz, modernes Design und zeitgemässen Komfort inspirieren. Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss unseres Hauses. Unsere Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend von Familienhäusern deshalb ersuchen wir unsere Gäste das die Nächtligen Ruhezeiten eingehalten werden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten eingerichtet. Bettwäsche ist vorhanden. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer ist mit TV und Bettcouch für 2 Personen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone mit Tisch,Stühlen und Kräuterbeet in der Saison. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüller, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln), Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirrtücher und selbstverständlich ausreichend Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfe ausgestattet. Das komfortable Badezimmer verfügt über einen Waschtisch, eine Dusche und eine Badewanne sowie ein separates WC. Handtücher, Fön und Handtuchtrockner sind vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist kinderfreundlich (Bett, Besteck, Teller, Hochstuhl, Spieleecke und Spielplatz). Orts und Nächtigunstaxe ist vor Ort zum bezahlen. Wir sind für Sie jederzeit erreichbar. The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.
