Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und ein gutes Restaurant sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, von Küche bis Bettwäsche ist hier nur allerhöchste Qualität ausgewählt worden. Ein Blickfang ist der historische Backofen im Wohn-Essbereich. This stone house (300m2), built in a U-shape around the swimming pool offers numerous relaxation areas. On each side of the house are 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom, so 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in all. 100m2 open space kitchen, dining and living room exits to covered terrace with dining and lounge area. Two bedrooms have a direct access to the swimming pool. The property is enclosed by a high stone wall and the automatic gate. There is a parking space for 2 cars.

Un bassin de baignade est venu compléter le tableau. Située sur le plateau des Claparèdes, elle est idéalement placée pour les amoureux de randonnées et de vtt. Compter 15mn à pieds pour vous rendre à Saignon où vous trouverez une boulangerie et de quoi vous restaurer, 2h pour le sommet du Luberon ( Mourre Nègre).
